Refund and Returns Policy

At PrintMyShirts.pk, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, because we sell custom-printed and personalized products, our return and exchange rules are different from regular clothing stores.

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges on Customized Products

Since every shirt is printed specifically for you:

  • Wrong size chosen by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect uploaded design
  • Color variations due to screen differences
  • Fit or style preference

are NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

This applies to all customized orders (including custom names, numbers, logos, and uploaded designs).

2. Eligible Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

We only accept returns/exchanges if:

✔ The product arrived damaged

✔ The product is defective

✔ You received the wrong product or design (our mistake)

If any of the above happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We will review and arrange a replacement if approved.

3. Return Shipping Cost

If your return is approved:

🟧 The customer must bear the courier/return shipping charges.

We do not provide free return pickup.

After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will:

  • Send the corrected replacement
    or
  • Fix the printing issue (depending on the case)

4. Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • Tags should be intact
  • Must be returned with original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 48 hours

We will not accept returns if:

  • The shirt has been worn or washed
  • The issue is due to customer-uploaded artwork
  • The incorrect size was selected by the customer
  • Minor color or print variations (normal in digital printing)

5. Size & Fit Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
We provide a detailed size chart, and no returns will be accepted for incorrect size choice.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before printing begins.
Once printing starts, cancellation is not possible.
