3. Custom Design Uploads

When you upload a custom design, logo, or artwork:

  • We are not responsible for low-quality images or pixelation resulting from your uploads

We reserve the right to reject designs that include:

  • Copyrighted logos without permission

  • Extremely low-resolution images

4. Product Images & Colors

While we try to display colors and product images accurately:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences
  • Final print shades may vary by 5–10% depending on fabric and printing method

This is standard for all printing services and is not considered a defect.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

5.1 Processing Time

Standard processing time is:

  • Custom orders: 2–5 working days
  • Bulk/team orders: 5–10 working days

Processing time may vary during peak seasons or due to complex designs.

5.2 Shipping

We use trusted courier partners across Pakistan.

Delivery time is typically:

  • 2–6 working days nationwide

Delays caused by the courier company are not the responsibility of PrintMyShirts.pk.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices on the website are listed in PKR (₨).
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

Payments may be made via:

  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

For custom orders, full payment may be required before printing.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because we sell custom-printed products, most orders are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Design errors caused by your uploaded file
  • Color differences due to printing technology
  • Change of mind after printing

We only accept returns for:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Severe misprint errors (approved after review)

Refund or replacement will be issued after inspection.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before printing has started.

Once printing begins, no cancellations are allowed.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Images
  • Text
  • Website code
  • Branding

…is owned by PrintMyShirts.pk and protected under copyright law.

You may not copy or reuse any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

PrintMyShirts.pk is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by shipping delays
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Customer upload errors
  • Third-party printing inconsistencies
  • Any indirect or accidental damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when:

  • Creating an account
  • Placing an order
  • Contacting support

We are not responsible for late or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact details.
